Our Scheduling Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that all guests provide a 48-hour notice for reservation cancellations.
Less than 48-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of reserved appointments .
As a courtesy, we send text and/or email confirmations 48 hours prior to the reservation.
CONFIRMATION/ LATE POLICY
Failure to confirm the reservation at least 24 hours prior may result in a loss of the reserved spot.
If a guest arrives late and it doesn't impact other appointments, we may hold the reservation.
If late arrival affects other guests, we may need to reschedule or adjust services scheduled.
REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds for our cancellation policy or any services provided.
