Our Scheduling Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that all guests provide a 48-hour notice for reservation cancellations.

  • Less than 48-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of reserved appointments .

  • As a courtesy, we send text and/or email confirmations 48 hours prior to the reservation.

CONFIRMATION/ LATE POLICY

Failure to confirm the reservation at least 24 hours prior may result in a loss of the reserved spot.

  • If a guest arrives late and it doesn't impact other appointments, we may hold the reservation.

  • If late arrival affects other guests, we may need to reschedule or adjust services scheduled.

REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds for our cancellation policy or any services provided.
